[Meeting time 08:00AM]: Pick up from the Lobby of Amid Hotel Seoul This morning we’ll head to the Gongju and explore Gongsanseong Fortress. Its captivating beauty and strategic significance offer a glimpse into Korea’s past while providing breathtaking panoramic views. In recognition of its value, Gongsanseong Fortress was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2015. Next visit the Tomb of King Muryeong. Even though many artifacts were stolen from the tombs, the tombs serve as an important evidence of Baekje culture and the foreign exchanges during that period.
After the Gongju tour, we’ll continue our journey to Iksan. The Iksan Prison Open Film Set is the first, and only prison filming sets built in Korea. We’ll explore various experiences offered, including the rental of prisoners’ and prison officers’ uniforms.
Last but not least, we will visit Gosrak, where the place is filled with soy sauce and fermented soybean paste, and is beautifully laid out like a garden. It is a good place looking down on Goserak from the mini observatory.
At the end of our day’s adventures, we’ll settle into our hotel in Iksan for an overnight stay.

Our destination today is Jeonju Hanok Village with over 800 traditional Korea houses. The village is famous among tourists because of its atmosphere that strongly contrast with the modern city around it. Choose your preferred Hanbok, Korean National Costume and make a special memory wearing Hanbok with your companions. You will explore Gyeonggijeon Shrine which was erected in 1410 and holds the portrait of King Taejo, the founder of the Joseon Dynasty. Afterward you will have Jeonju Bibimbab lunch at a local restaurant.
Following that, we will proceed to Jangseong, where Baegyangsa Temple is situated within Naejangsan National Park. Upon arrival you will experience Conversation over tea with a Monk. The combination of the mountain and valleys on both sides creates beautiful scenery. Nature reveals its beauty throughout all seasons here, especially through the red maple leaves in fall.
Wrapping up our day’s explorations after dinner in Gwangju, we’ll head back to our hotel in

Kick off the morning by visiting Green Tea Plantation produces high-quality green tea and is a popular tourist attraction year-round thanks to the vast rows of tea trees that line the hillside like a deep green carpet. You will have a chance to taste Boseong Green Tea Icecream!
After a lunch break, we continue with visits to the reed fields in Suncheonman Bay which are thickly covered with reeds taller than a full-grown man. It is the biggest colony of reeds in Korea. Among the world’s wetlands, it is widely known for attracting the largest number of rare birds.
After visiting Suncheon, you’ll head to Yeosu to experience a ride on the Yeosu Maritime Cable Car—an aerial tramway offering breathtaking views of Yeosu’s coastline and landmarks. Glide over the sea and witness the city’s beauty from a unique perspective as the cable car connects Dolsan Island to the mainland. Taking the cable car down to visit Admiral Yi Sun-sin Square. The giant Admiral Yi statue in the middle of the rotary is arguably the most recognizable spot in the city. There are lots of restaurants and bakeries nearby.
Concluding our activities, we’ll be checking in at our Yeosu hotel for an overnight stay.

Today, we’ll depart from Yeosu for our visit to Busan. The journey will take over 3 hours. Our first stop in Busan will be Gamcheon Culture Village, where houses cascade in a staircase-like fashion along the foothills of the coastal mountains. This vibrant community features alleys adorned with lively murals and sculptures created by its residents.
After lunch, we’ll visit Gukje Market (Bupyeong Kkangtong Market). This market gained prominence during the Korean War for supplying canned goods to the US forces. It served as a central hub for foreign products in Korea and earned the moniker ‘Gukje (International) Market’ due to its extensive collection of rare goods.
Continuing our exploration, we’ll experience SPA LAND Centum City, situated within the world’s largest department store, Shinsegae Centum City. This luxurious and contemporary Korean traditional spa (Jjimjilbang) spans across two massive floors and is renowned for its 22 bathtubs and therapeutic thermal waters, known for their beauty-enhancing and pain-relieving effects.
After the spa experience to unwind and relax, we’ll head out for dinner. Following dinner, we’ll stay overnight at a hotel in Busan.

In the morning, we’ll begin our day with a visit to Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, located along the picturesque northeast coast of Busan. This remarkable attraction offers a rare opportunity to experience a temple right by the shoreline.
Afterward, we’ll head to Gyeongju and enjoy lunch upon our arrival. Our journey will then take us to the Seokguram Grotto, a sublime masterpiece of Buddhist art and spirituality majestically perched on the slopes of Toham Mountain. Recognized as one of Asia’s most splendid Buddhist shrines, this site invites you to immerse yourself in its sacred chambers and admire the intricately carved statues, providing an enchanting experience. Following this, we’ll visit the Daereungwon Tomb Complex, believed to be the resting place of kings and court officials. Our exploration will continue at the Gyeongju National Museum, predominantly showcasing relics from the Silla kingdom, with Gyeongju as its capital. Before dinner, we’ll make a stop at Woljeonggyo Bridge for a photo session, capturing its reflection in the river.
To conclude our day’s adventures, we’ll check into our hotel in Gyeongju for an overnight stay.

After breakfast in the morning, we’ll make our way to Andong Hanji, a hub for the production of hanji paper, to delve into the intricate process behind crafting Andong’s distinctive hanji. Hanji, known for its use of paper mulberry bark as the primary material, is a traditional Korean handmade paper. Following our field trip at the Hanji Factory, get ready to immerse yourself in crafting Hanji mood lighting or creating Hanji paper , experiencing the art firsthand.
Next on our itinerary is a visit to Andong Hahoe Village, renowned as one of Korea’s most prominent folk villages. This village is celebrated for its preservation of the Hahoe Mask Dance Drama (Talchum) , a folk art performance depicting shamanistic rituals and village spirits. We’ll have the chance to watch this traditional performance during our visit.
After the Andong tour, we’ll head to Pyeongchang, enjoying dinner along the way.

Upon waking up in Pyeongchang, we’ll prepare for a visit to the Ski Jump Tower Observatory via monorail, a landmark from the Olympic Winter Games
Pyeongchang 2018. Take delight in the panoramic views from the Sky Lounge and enjoy some leisure time with the option to purchase coffee or tea at your own expense.
Next, we’ll journey to Yangyang for a brief hike at Jujeongol of Mt. Seorak, renowned for its breathtaking fall colors and remarkable valley and rock formations. After the hike, we’ll relish lunch at a local restaurant.
Our return to Seoul is scheduled for around 18:00.
